For first-time applicants

The candidate approved in the selection referring to the current Call must enroll in person or by letter of attorney (with notarized signature) with the Sectorial Secretariat of Courses of the UESB, Jequié Campus, during the period established in the Call, between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. and 5 p.m., with the following documents:

a) Enrollment form (provided by the coordination of the Program);

b) Birth or Marriage Certificate (original and copy);

c) Certified copy of the Diploma or Certificate of Completion of Graduate Course (original and copy).

d) School Records (original and copy);

e) Identification document with photo;

f) Copy of passport.

The candidate who does not enroll within the period determined by the collegiate will lose the right to it.
