Ementa: This discipline does not have a fixed syllabus. Graduate students must teach theoretical and practical classes to undergraduate students in the concentration area of Forest Management and Production, and must also help in preparing and executing other teaching activities of the internship.

Experimental Techniques in Plant Science

Ementa: Dispersion and central tendency measures. Hypothesis testing. Experimental planning. Experimental designs and their application in plant science. Data transformation. Review and reinforcement in analysis of variance, regression and correlation. Presentation and interpretation of experimental results. Use of computer programs in statistical analyses.

Ementa: Mandatory subject for graduate students who are in the SECOND semester of their training in the Program. It will be taught in the form of lectures and will cover important topics in the area of Forest Sciences, involving the research lines Forest Management, Silviculture/Forestry and Forest Products Technology. Lectures will be given by postgraduate students related to dissertation projects, professors and guest professors.
