Enrollment

The selection process takes place annually; however, depending on the number of fellowships awarded, a mid-year selection may also occur.

The selected candidate must enroll in person or by proxy (with notarized signature) at the Programs Secretariat, on the Itapetinga Campus. Accepted candidates must present the following documents:

1. Filled out application for enrollment (Sectoral Secretariat of Programs);
2. Diploma or Certificate of Completion of Undergraduate Degree, with Academic Transcript (original and copy), for Master’s Degree;
3. Diploma or Certificate of Completion of Master’s Course, with Academic Transcript (original and copy), for PhD;
4. Passport;
5. Birth or Marriage Certificate (original and copy);
6. A passport-size photo.

Candidates who do not submit the required documentation for enrollment within the established period will lose their right to a place and entry into the Program.

Vacancies resulting from failed enrollment will be automatically filled by substitute candidates, respecting the ranking order.

General provisions

The act of registration presupposes that the candidate is aware of the requirements of this Notice and accepts the conditions of the Selection, and may not invoke their lack of knowledge under any circumstances, time, or pretext.

Inaccurate statements, irregular documents, or any other occurrences of any nature that do not meet the requirements of this Notice, occurring at any stage of the process, will eliminate the candidate from the Selection or, if identified later, will prevent their enrollment, nullifying all acts and effects resulting from their registration.
