The Multi-User Center for Support in Analysis in Food Technology, Engineering and Science (CENTECAL) is a multi-user structure, located on the Itapetinga campus, which serves the internal and external scientific community and the production sector in support of various analyses.

CENTECAL is registered in the National Research Infrastructure Platform of the MCTI – PNIPE.
